When diaper region dermatitis is seen, the following factors should be reviewed;

-Duration of rash

-Symptoms (pain and itching)

-Hygiene conditions and frequency of cleaning (diaper change frequency, cleaner type, washing or wiping, exposure to irritants such as perfume and dies)

-Type of diaper used (cloth or disposable)

-Skin trauma (tightening of the diaper, hard cleaning)

-Frequent use of antibiotics or other medicines

-The frequency of urine or defecation (frequency, intensity)

-Products applied to the skin (barrier creams, powders, home treatments)

-Nutrition (breastfeeding, feeding new foods)

-Recent gastrointestinal system diseases
